History
Mechanical engineers with passion since 1959
With many decades of experience we construct qualitatively high-value hydraulic cylinders.
The basis of our success is constant further development, innovation and our enthusiasm for technology.
2025 | investment in a multifunctional CNC turning-milling center |
2022 | Our apprentice becomes the second national winner for machining mechanics. |
2022 | Installation of a powerful photovoltaic system for own use. |
2022 | Mr. Thomas Staudt is appointed managing director. |
2020 | Our production site could be extended to include a logistics and a painting building after the acquisition of an approx. 2500 m2 plot area |
2019/2020 | Certification of welding quality requirements in compliance with EN ISO 3834-3 |
2018 | Investment in a large CNC machining centre |
2017 | In a CNC management center |
2014 | Investment in a CNC machining centre |
2012 | Mr. Julius Staudt retires as a managing director. Mr. Heinz-Josef Cohnen is appointed managing director. Extension of an administration building with approx. 250 m² floor area. |
2010 | Investments in production machines where (among other things) a CNC machining centre was acquired. |
2008 | After the purchase of a 1400 m² ground site, a further production hall with floor area 550 m² was constructed. Now the entire production floor area is 1600 m². |
2005 | Our apprentice, Mr. Stanislaw Ott, is the national winner for machining mechanics. |
2004 | Addition of 450 m² in the area of production, with installation of two gantry cranes each with 10 tons load-bearing capacity. |
2003 | Introduction of 3D construction software (Autodesk Inventor) Our long-standing employee Heinz-Josef Cohnen is appointed senior officer. |
2002 | Operational start-up of a cycle-controlled lathe for the processing of large parts. |
2001 | First-time introduction of the Quality Management System according to DIN EN ISO 9001. |
1998 | With the foundation of Staudt-Hydraulik GmbH & Co. KG with Managerial Company Shareholders Julius Staudt and Josef Staudt, a move was made into the trade area Geilenkirchen-Niederheid. On a ground site of approximately 3600 m² a modern company building is constructed with 600 m² production area and 200 m² administration area. |
1996 | Introduction of the construction software Auto Cad Mechanical Desktop. This replaces design work on drawing boards, which had been used to date. |
1978 | First in-house construction designs of hydraulic cylinders with the complete manufacture of single parts, through to installation and testing. |
1974 | Staudt produces all individual parts for a well-known cylinder manufacturer. |
1959 | The company is founded by Julius Staudt in Geilenkirchen. Initially, machining operation technology has first priority. Commissioned orders are implemented. |
